Processing
All orders are processed on the same day if purchased and paid before 5 pm and dispatched the following business day (Mon-Fri) of an order being processed. All packages are delivered by curriers and are covered for a loss during transit up to $300 of the value. It is important to know that cover policy cannot cover damaged parcels. If you require cover for damaged items, you can arrange this separately.
Domestic parcels are sent by road, so delivery is not guaranteed to be express. However, for same-city deliveries, we typically expect things to arrive by the next business day (and within 2-3 days for interstate parcels).
